Requirements :
Possess a Bachelor degree in Architectural Studies
5 – 7 years construction based experience in related
field is required.
To check and report any discrepancy and to ensure all
construction drawings are correct and completed.
To ensure implementation of works is done in
accordance with the Contract
Specification and the quality requirements of the
contract.
To study ID works and review finishes and ensure
relevance drawings are submitted for approval.
To coordinate filed activities with design amendments
or revision as instructed by Project Manager.
To provide regular report updates on site activities
throughout the project.
To monitor the program and ensure all tasks to be
completed as per scheduled
