Must have at least 2 years of working experience in

Good understanding in Object-Oriented development
and Java design pattern
Required skills: Struts, Hibernate, Junit, SVN and
MySQL
Additional advantage to candidate with knowledge on
Spring Framework or UML or ERP domain
Good attitude and reliable; good interpersonal and
communication skills to deal with people from various
technical and business backgrounds and at all levels
Be able to communicate in English fluently both in
speaking and writing
Be able to work confidently, assertive, independently
and under pressure
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving
skills
Must be willing to travel
