Able to converse in English & Malay & Chinese
Job Scopes :
Responsible in translating design concepts into design
details
Strong in space planning and concept development to
meet client’s requirements
To coordinate among the contractors, relevant design
consultants and subcontractors
To develop design solutions with efficient and functional
use of space
To monitor and follow up on progress of work at site
To manage project costing as well as preparation of
project quotation
